Drilmaco Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1997 to provide machining services to all major material suppliers in Singapore. With the recognition of our capabilities, similar services were extended to all manufacturing and oilfield service companies in the oil exploration and related industries.
Our specialized manufacturing services encompass basic turning operations, deep hole drilling, long length honing, CNC / semi-NC lathe machining and milling operations. Over the years, we have developed our core business in internal diameter (ID) boring on cylindrical material from 0.25” to 11” over the length of up to 20-30 feet. These ranges of machining operations are made possible by our investments in specialized deep hole and honing machinery, tailor-made equipment, high-end CNC machines and a wide range of toolings and accessories.
With the technical expertise gained over the years, we have extended our machining services to manufacturing of critical components and complete finished products in accordance with the stringent specifications set up by our customers and the high standards as required in oilfield industry.
To support the need and requirements of one of our key customers, Drilmaco set up a fabrication division in September 2005 to manufacture subsea structure and semi-finished equipment used in the oil exploration and production. Valuable experiences and specialized skills were gained during the start up period. With the level of commitment and dedication as in our machining division, Drilmaco met the stringent quality requirements of our customer.

The fabrication division specializes in constructing structure and frame work in accordance with stringent specifications and standards.
Besides fabrication work on subsea equipment, Drilmaco has expanded its fabrication business to carry out work for companies in the marine and automobile industry.
In recognition on our commitment and expertise in delivery of our machining services and fabrication work, Drilmaco has been accorded as Approved Vendor by major manufacturing plants in Singapore. We have been recognized as a key participant in the Singapore Supporting Industry for the Oilfield Sector.

Drilmaco is committed to what we called a one-stop shop in providing a complete range of manufacturing services, thus saving valuable turnaround time for our customers. We have further expanded our capabilities by investing more in specially selected machinery/equipment and acquiring more production space to improve productivity. | Fabrication Division |

Drilmaco offers a full range of technical services in fabrication processes which are made possible by investing in skilled manpower resources and advanced equipment.

The combined production and work space for both divisions is about 80,000 square feet spanned over our 2 facilities in Jurong.
With our continuous improvement in facilities and machinery, we have extended our manufacturing for both of machining and fabrication divisions not only to the oilfield industry but also the marine, aerospace and automobile industries. |

With our continuous drive in elevating our standards in fabrication capabilities, we have trained a pool of technicians and welders who can deliver projects well above the required specifications. Our skilled personnel has been trained on each aspect of the fabrication processes plus handling and use of specialized heavy duty equipment.
